Staging services can include any or all of the following:
1. Providing a consultation giving suggestions for ways to make your home more appealing to potential buyers;
2. Styling your home using existing furnishings and accessories and possibly providing additional furnishings and/or accessories;
3. Providing furnishings and accessories and styling any number or empty rooms or an entire house.
Furniture & Styling
It’s what you think of when someone says “interior design”. Perhaps you have recently moved, or you just want to refresh and update your current living space. Using just your existing furnishings, starting from scratch, or a combination of both, I will work with you to create a space that is comfortable, functional and looks great. I will make everything work together from paint color and furniture to lighting and accessories, and everything in between. Your space will look finished and intentional..
conceptual design
Either you are thinking about starting a project, or are in the midst of planning and designing a space on your own or with the assistance of an architect and/or builder. Utilizing my services can relieve some of your burden and make all of the difference to the outcome. I can help with reading blueprints, making recommendations and designing details. An Interior Designer looks at a project from a different perspective than an architect or builder. I want the space to be livable and make sense for your lifestyle. I will help you navigate all of the decisions to be made that will make your dream space a reality.
Material & Finishes selection
You may be working with a builder on a new home or addition, or are giving your home a makeover. I can help you with all of the details and selections for the materials and finishes. I have relationships with many suppliers throughout the Twin Cities and can help you with everything from flooring to lighting. You want to be sure that everything works together and is appropriate for its intended use. There is a lot more to selecting material than just appearance, and I can help you avoid making a costly mistake.

Hello
We will speak briefly on the phone to discuss your project and set up a time to meet at your home. At the meeting, we will walk through the space and discuss in greater detail the work to be done and talk about your goals.
Let's do it
We will present a preliminary plan along with a budget. Once the plan is approved, we will move ahead with the design process.
Let's get to work
We will start work on the space planning, product selections and/or any other tasks outlined in the plan with as much or as little help from you as you wish. Together we will design a space that meets or exceeds your goals and won’t stop until it makes you happy.
the final act
As all the pieces start to come together, We will facilitate completion of all tasks and deliveries until the project is complete and you are happily settled in your beautiful new space.
